One offer includes overnight labour. Another assumes daytime access. Transport is included in one total and missing from the next. All three appear to answer the same brief.
We help make those differences visible. A clear supplier brief sets out the required services, delivery windows, interfaces and assumptions. Tender questions then focus on the gaps that could become production problems or additional costs.

No fixed saving can be promised before the scope and proposals are understood. The purpose is to make the costs and trade-offs clear, so the budget supports the event priorities and decisions are made with fewer unknowns.
