IM-Production coordinates event production from planning through delivery: responsibilities, supplier interfaces, build schedules, rehearsals and on-site decisions. We work with agencies, brands and event teams in Berlin and internationally.
A clear owner for the work between teams
The lighting supplier has a schedule. So does the set builder. The venue has access windows, the client has approvals and the programme is still changing.
Project management connects those moving parts. We establish a shared production schedule, make dependencies visible and keep track of the decisions that affect other teams. When something changes, the people affected need a revised plan, not another version buried in an email thread.

In practice: two events, one venue, different requirements
The Snowflake World Tour and SAP Connect project at STATION Berlin involved consecutive conferences with different brand environments, supplier needs and planning conversations. The documented project management work connected the changeover schedule with the teams using the same venue infrastructure.
Questions
When should a production manager join?
Ideally, before the venue, supplier scopes and build schedule are fixed. Earlier involvement makes it easier to identify dependencies. IM-Production can also join an active project once the current plan, outstanding decisions and responsibilities have been reviewed.
Can you manage part of a larger production?
Yes. A defined production workstream can sit within a larger agency or event structure. We agree the scope, reporting lines and approval responsibilities before work begins.
